TRANSCRIPT: Fashion Square Mall will be completely leveled according to Growthspotter. The mall, built in the 70s, will be replaced with an outdoor mixed use development with a grocery story, hotel, apartments, offices, restaurants and entertainment destinations. Unicorp National Developments has a contract to buy the property beneath what remains of the mall for $23 million dollars. This new development will not include the Floor and Decor and never-opened Orchard Hardware buildings next door to the mall.
