A production microbrewery called Ellipsis Brewing opened its doors near the airport at 7500 TPC Blvd Suite #8. The brewery specializes in hand crafted beers and cost $650,000 to create.

The project consisted of a complete interior renovation of the approximately 7500 sq ft space. 5 jobs were created because of the project. In addition to the 60-seat bar, Ellipsis will sell its original recipe brand beers to local restaurants and retail establishments. It is a member of the Florida Brewers Guild and received $10,000 from the City through the Business Assistance Program. The LLC’s office is located in St Cloud at 130 Montana Ave. Continue Reading …

A PDQ chicken-based fast food restaurant is coming to Winter Park at 925 S. Orlando Ave. The property currently houses a shuttered Seacoast Bank. PDQ’s menu includes chicken tenders, nuggets, sandwiches and salad, very much in the vein of Chik-Fil-A. Their chicken is steroids and hormone free… like my men! The CitiTower apartment building in Thornton Park has 6,916± sq ft of combined ground floor space  for lease. It can be divided into three separate spaces or kept as one. All 3 spaces are on the first floor. CitiTower has 25 stories and 233 apartments.

And speaking of CitiTower, The Healthy Scratch is occupying is a 2,400 sq ft. space on the same floor. The Healthy Scratch is a restaurant that serving acai bowls, smoothies, cold pressed juices and gourmet toasts, overnight oats, yogurts and other healthy grab-and-go food options.

A new 2018 agreement between the City of Orlando and Orlando Economic Partnership was approved by City Council. The partnership is an independent contractor.
