An urban orchard may be coming to an Orlando Park if the Citys’ Parks and Rec Department wins a $20,000 grant from the National Recreation and Park Association. They had to to send in three ideas for the grant. TRANSCRIPT: Gyno 1 Contractors submitted a Conditional Use Permit request to allow a drive through for a restaurant as part of the development of a 6-unit, 10,648 sq. ft. retail building across from Lineage Coffee in Mills50 at 1010 and 1022 E Colonial Dr.

The Carmel restaurant building at 140 N Orlando Ave is for sale. It’s located across the street from the Trader Joe’s and orange fitness and the shake shack and that cupcake place that’s STILL open regardless of how I feel about their cupcakes…. Built in 2013, the restaurant building has 4,070 sq ft and comes with a 549 sq ft patio, 136 inside seats and 16 patio seats. It’s priced at $3,900,000.

I knew this place would fail THE SECOND I walked in. The managers just seemed like even they didn’t believe in it. I do remember this one hot blonde manager my GOD I think he had to have been a model at a short people modeling agency because he was hot… but short.Continue Reading …

Unicorp unveiled its new billion-dollar tourist focused development called O-Town West. You know the mastermind behind this is an old man because who the hell calls anything in Orlando “O-Town”? And as an honorary millenial, I am like whaaaaat? LOL smack my face emoji right!?

The project seems to be a combination of other successful Unicorp projects including I-Drive 360 and its various apartment projects around Central Florida.
