The Carmel restaurant building at 140 N Orlando Ave is for sale. It’s located across the street from the Trader Joe’s and orange fitness and the shake shack and that cupcake place that’s STILL open regardless of how I feel about their cupcakes…. Built in 2013, the restaurant building has 4,070 sq ft and comes with a 549 sq ft patio, 136 inside seats and 16 patio seats. It’s priced at $3,900,000.
I knew this place would fail THE SECOND I walked in. The managers just seemed like even they didn’t believe in it. I do remember this one hot blonde manager my GOD I think he had to have been a model at a short people modeling agency because he was hot… but short.Continue Reading …
