A new 22,400 sq ft food hall was announced for the Packing District in College Park. The hall will be housed inside the former Great Southern Box Company building on the southeast corner of Princeton Street and Orange Blossom Trail. Dating back to the 1930s, the building was originally used as an orange crate factory. The food hall, featuring an elevated outdoor plaza with shaded greenspace and additional seating for guests, is just one component of a larger plan to redevelop the 205,000 sq ft corner site.
