It’s located across the street from the Trader Joe’s and orange fitness and the shake shack and that cupcake place that’s STILL open regardless of how I feel about their cupcakes…. Built in 2013, the restaurant building has 4,070 sq ft and comes with a 549 sq ft patio, 136 inside seats and 16 patio seats. It’s priced at $3,900,000.
